“Couscous seasoned with moringa powder is the new rice”
Alimentary and nutritional situation of Malagasy people is worrying while nutrition is a key determinant of health. Reducing the risk of intergenerational transmission of poverty can thus be done by breaking the cycle of malnutrition and health problems. Hence this project aims to sensibilize people and then give them a professional formation about cassava transformation into couscous before assaisoning it with moringa to have a healthy and complete meal.
