The English speaking contest was created by the SKYLINE NGO in partnership with the Commune Urbaine d’Antsirabe in 2017. This edition targeted young challengers aged 16 to 35 years, interested in this project of speech contest in English through the region of Vakinankaratra. The valorization of the intellectual wealth of our youths is a necessary pace for the development of our country.
